Operations consulting in Colorado Springs
The part most technology consultants skip. Software fails when the process underneath it is undefined, so we start by mapping the real workflow — the one your team actually follows — and rebuilding it so it survives turnover, growth and a bad week.
What this looks like
Concrete deliverables, not a slide deck.
- Process maps of how work actually moves today
- Scheduling and labor models built on your demand, not a rule of thumb
- SOPs written so people will actually follow them
- Onboarding and training that does not depend on one person remembering
- KPI dashboards you can steer by
- Cost and vendor reduction
Why operations and technology together
We are a two-person firm on purpose: one side runs the technology, the other runs operations and process. Most failed software projects are really failed process projects, and the two halves rarely talk to each other when they come from different vendors.
A multi-location restaurant group was paying per store for scheduling and labor forecasting it did not fully trust. We replaced it with an in-house system whose forecast beat the incumbent vendor — 14.6% error against 16.2%, across 15 stores.
